Returns & Exchanges
At SLEEFS, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
